Anyway, the subject of rape came up and apparently he believes:
-Rape only happens to stupid women
-Physical differences don't matter; any woman can fight off a man by
outsmarting him in a fight (which is why rape only happens to stupid
women, according to him)
-If a woman gets raped, it's her boyfriend/husband's fault for not
protecting her better (aka, making sure she hadn't been alone at the
time, and so on)
He also said that if his gf wanted to go out someplace at night, he
would not let her (even though he said she's too smart to do something
like that anyway) and that other guys shouldn't either unless they
want their girlfriend/wife to get raped.
This is NOT someone I like and I think he has really strange views. Do
you agree with any of what he said at all?! What bothered me the most
were his comments about women who get raped being the ones who can't
outsmart their rapists. What do you think?
