"you got ketchup on my waffle", "you got waffle on my ketchup"?

I can't remember where I heard this quote. I think that is was on a TV
show, maybe Scooby Doo, but I'm not sure. The scenario goes like this.
One person accidentally spills ketchup on someone's waffle. The second
person exclaims "you got ketchup on my waffle." to which the first
person pouts, you got waffle on my ketchup". If anyone can tell me
where this comes from, I would be very grateful. Thank You.
