my fretboard is sticky and its hard to play on?

hi, i have an epiphone sg and recently my fretboards messed up i think
or something. i have no clue. i decided to change the strings and i
did. i put on some ernie balls 10s and my fingers feel like there
sticking to the strings and its impossible to do bends. the strings
also feel very dirty and nasty and it's been about a week and i just
want to play my damn guitar already. and advice on what to use or what
to do would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
